Enhancements for ALL users
1. Reminder to call coworkers & organizations.
Download pobuca app for iPhone or Android & set a reminder to call a “co-worker” or “organization”. When you get the alert, you can snooze it (10 min.) or edit it to change day, time, phone number etc.
Enhancements for Pobuca PRO & ENTERPRISE users
1. Teams
Create teams in Pobuca and set visibility rules of contacts for each team. Set a sales, marketing, support team etc.
Choose the members of each team from your co-workers list. Assign contacts to each team. When you create a contact set visibility rules (public, private or teams).
Each user is responsible for the visibility rules of the contacts he has created.
2. Invitation only mode
Set your company’s Pobuca lists as invitation only. This means that your employees can NOT access them by signing up with their work email (company domain). They have to request access or get invited by the administrator of the Pobuca account to sign up.

3. New User Role: Contributor
New user role added in Pobuca; the contributor. As a contributor you can add new contacts and organizations & you can only manage those contacts (update / delete)
4. Manage private contacts of revoked users
When a user is revoked, Pobuca admin has the ability to assign user’s contact to someone else or turn those contacts to public.
